Training

The transition from a manual to an automated business process can be difficult. But with our variety of training and implementation options, the client chooses the option that they feel is best for their employees. In addition to implementation training, we offer refresher and new employee training. 

  • On-site training provides the client with a certified AcroSoft trainer. The trainer will be well-educated on your current business processes, as well as your future plans for automated processes. 
  • Train-the-trainer allows the users to be trained by a familiar face and fellow employee. The trainer goes through an extensive training process that includes general user training classes, as well as more advanced feature training. This user becomes the instructor and go-to person for the users. 
  • Web training is primarily used for refresher and new employee training, but may also be used for some advanced training as the needs arise. Through a web meeting, an AcroSoft instructor demonstrates and trains the individual or small group of users on the product.
