AcroSoft in Insurance Claims

Management is challenged to settle claims as quickly as possible.  Studies have shown that the cost of a claim rises dramatically as the time a claim is open increases.  All of the collateral materials needed to adjudicate a claim must be compiled in a timely manner and quickly delivered to the company representative responsible for settling the claim.  In some cases, senior company officials must review decisions prior to making a claim payment.  Referring claim files must be expedited so that payment is not delayed.

By deploying AcroSoft, claims are settled more quickly.  Incoming claims materials (whether mail, faxes, email, on-line forms or electronic transmissions) are automatically tied to the claim file and placed into workflow.  The workflow is easily customized to match existing workflows, or they can be optimized to take advantage of the electronic delivery of documents.  And, enhanced workflows can be implemented to customize delivery based on exposure, the age of the claim or the reserve that is set.
